I like the atmosphere but the composition is super boring (in the middle). Also, what's with the blurry boots? Highlights are almost never white, even if the surface is wet you should really tone down the blurry boot highlights (make them more yellow). Her head is really flat too.

you forgot the lack of nose, the weird light coming down, the non-water-like rain, the fingers all wobbly, the hair doesnt seem wet, the head is waaay too big for her body, how's she keeping balance? Also, people are not outlined! they are shaped because of the forms around them! I should know this.
