I had a really strong conception of this one in my head before I even started to paint. Surprisingly I was able to capture my initial thought pretty well.
It was inspired by Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time... with a little bit of help from the Impressionist and Expressionists. this took almost the exact length of the Zelda soundtrack to do. If you haven't heard the soundtrack I highly recommend it. You can download it here.

natural medium...nice. I always think that it has to be a masterpiece if I paint on canvas or something...too restricting.
i know! matt, i feel the same way.. I think that i have to "save up" my paint and canvases and ends up never doing any painting. This is really coold, andrew.
paint and cardboard is cheap! (or free, if you have cool teachers like I do).
